A Lot Of Extra Fields or Text in Email Notification From Form

    Hi, As you will see from the attached the form contains duplicate info before the actual question and answer info.

    I am guessing something is not right?

    Upon checking your form, I see in your "Emails" setting that you have a lot of duplicated fields. Not sure if it was previously setup or a glitch in the form builder. Please do edit or another notification, you'll be able to fix the problem by that.

    Under the Compose email window, you'll see a lot of duplicate fields.


    You can remove the unnecessary codes or duplicates from there.
