The data stored with JotForm is secured. We have a powerful cloud of servers with storage encryption that provides security and protection. The forms submissions received through secure forms are transmitted securely with a 256 bit high-grade encryption.
Please check the guide How-can-I-receive-SSL-Submissions for more information. You may need to have a paid subscription for receiving more SSL submissions. Please check out our pricing page for comparison of free plan with other paid subscriptions.
The form submissions can be viewed only by you and the sub-users you want to share to view submissions or edit JotForms.
Please refer to guide How-to-Share-Forms-with-a-Sub-Account-User
Hope this information helps. Please let us know if you have any other questions. We will be happy to help.
Thank you!!

Please be noted that the data stored on our servers is not encrypted but access to the servers is highly safeguarded. The transmission of data can be done encrypted by using our secure forms. Please refer to the following thread that can provide you more information on security.
