Can I re-integrate my form with GoogleSheets?

Hi there,

I accidentally changed the titles of the First/Last Name columns in my GoogleSheet, so now any new submissions don't load the First/Last Name into the document. I was wondering if there was any way to re-integrate my form with Google so that it will accurately sync without having to create a new Spreadsheet.

Have you tried doing Ctrl+z in your spreadsheet to undo the changes? If that does not work, you will need to remove and reintegrate your form with Google Spreadsheet:

A new sheet will be created which will contain all the submission data from the past, and the new ones to come. Let us know if you have more questions, we will be glad to assist you.
