Account over limit: Account over allocated upload space

    It says I'm over my upload space. I'm not sure what that even means.

    Hi,

    The reason why you are over limit is because our free plans have a maximum of 100 MB of hard disk space allocated to them. At this moment you are using 131.35 MB of space.

    You will need to log into your account and go to Submissions Panel and remove the submissions with attached files in order to drop the used space.

    Do note that if you need the files, you will need to download them first as once you delete them from our system they can not be restored.

    To delete the file you will need to delete the entire submissions data associated with the file, so the same applies as mentioned above about creating the backup first.
