I share my JotForms account with several managers in my office to improve customer service. WHat I would like to know is if I can create a form that is viewable only by myself, as the form I want to create is a manager evaluation form.
I thought of two possible ways of "locking" the form's submissions: 1) put a password on the form so in order to edit it or view submissions, you would need to enter a password, or, 2) have the submission e-mailed to my personal e-mail address and have the submissions deleted on the website so that they are not stored.
If either of those two options was possible, great. But if not, is there something else you can recommend that would achieve the same goal of keeping a form's submissions private?

Since your account is shared with the managers and JotForm does not currently have a privileges feature, everyone able to login to the account will have the same level of access, including the ability to both view and edit the submissions, password or not. Therefore, the best advice I can give you is to open a new account for that specific form.
