Could not type in Recipient E-mail box of Notification Email

It does not let me type in the Recipient Email box, it just gives me a dropdown box of fields from the form.. I want to use the email the client specified in the form, but also add our CRM system into the email..
Also, will this create two emails, or one with both names in the to field?
Thanks,
Thom

Hi Thom,
I believe you were using the Autoresponder E-mail instead of the Notification E-mail.
Please add a Notification Email instead
and you should be able to type in the Recipient E-mail box
Let us know if there is more we can assist you with.
Thanks.

Hi,
I need the Recipient email to pull from the email inputted in the form, along with our CRM's email (Always the same ) CC'd into the email so that it will allocate it against their account.
We use Really Simple Systems (RSS) Could there perhaps be an integration there?

Hello Thom,
Well in that case you should add one auto-responder email alert and one notification email alert.
Auto-responder email alert should be added to send the submission emails to the email address which users input in form. The following guide should help you: http://www.jotform.com/help/26-Creating-a-Form-Autoresponder
Notification email alert should be added to send submission emails to the CRM's email address which is fixed. The following guide should help you on how to add email alert: http://www.jotform.com/help/25-Setting-Up-Email-Notifications
Please be noted that if you do not want to add an auto-responder email alert and still want to send email to the email address which user input, it is still possible. You should find the field name of the email field of your form and then add it in the "Recipient email" of email alert. Please check the screenshot below:
The following guide should help you on how to find the field names: http://www.jotform.com/help/146-How-to-find-Field-IDs-Names
Hope this helps.
Do get back to us if you have any questions.
Thank you!
