What kind of load can you support per jotform?Asked by Ben Maher on January 19, 2015 at 03:52 PM
So we have a need for a form submission under some considerable load. Probably around 20K requests within a 15 minute window or so. What load are you capable of supporting? What is your max load?
Also, the order of requests is very important to us. We require timestamping to the hundredth of a second. And order is vital to our users. How do you all handle this requirement?
I know that we can take big loads, but just in case I would need to forward this to our upper team as they will know more of the limits of the system.
I will do this for you now and once they gather the details, you will be updated through this thread.
Chief Technology Officer
JotForm handles more than 200K submissions every single day.
20K is not a big number for our infrastructure, but still we don't want our users get affected from your load.We can arrange isolated resources for your form for a specific period of time, please contact with me ( eee @ jotform.com) before the event.
