    In responsive forms, the currency in payment fields gets broken into seperate parts when the browser window is narrowed.

    It seems that there is an invisible space between the dollar sign and the amount on the payment forms. It doesn't show up on the JotForm page but does in Safari sometimes making the dollar sign and amount appear on two lines.

    Thanks for reporting this. I was able to replicate it in Chrome as well as Safari, not only in a clone of your jotform but also in a separate one I created as a control. So, it's a system-wide issue. Incidentally, the issue also affects the "USD" following the numbers.

    I've submitted a ticket on it and the developer to whom it is eventually assigned will respond in this thread when the fix has been applied.

    Our apologies for any inconvenience which may have been experienced as a result of this issue.

    Do you have any idea when this will be fixed? It's annoying seeing the display the way it is.

    Unfortunately, the support team cannot tell you the possible timeframe. Rest assured that the ticket is already assigned to our developer.

    How about injecting a custom CSS codes to adjust the product items width? The following custom codes:

    .form-product-item.hover-product-item {

    width : 400px;

    }

    You can adjust the value until you'll see your desired result. Here's how you can add the codes to your form: http://www.jotform.com/help/117-How-to-Inject-Custom-CSS-Codes.

    Thanks

    Sorry but I have no desire to add some code to fix a bug. Besides, the space between the dollar sign and the amount would still be there which would still look odd. Please fix this.

    We have submitted already a bug ticket report to our higher team support.

    It is currently assigned now to one of our developer.

    We will let you know here once we have update on the status.

    Thanks.

    I was about to question this again myself. Why should this take so long to fix?

    Our apologies, but I think the priority of the ticket is one of the things that will be considered here. The assigned developer should let you know through this thread if there are updates.

    For now, you may consider doing the workaround of adding a custom CSS codes in your form to adjust the product item width and to bring down to a new line the currency. You can try the following custom CSS codes:

    .form-product-item {

    width: 80% !important;

    }

    Just please follow this guide to add the codes in your form: http://www.jotform.com/help/117-How-to-Inject-Custom-CSS-Codes.

    I hope this helps.
