    SPF verification failed causing emails to not be delivered

    Greetings,

    some problems were experienced with e-mail notifications bound to form submissions. Notifications sent to the recipients @geof.hr are not being delivered.
     
    The authoritative mail exchange service for the domain .geof.hr performs filtering based on the SMTP Sender Policy Framework which prevented the delivery to the final recipient @geof.hr.
    Further investigation identified the issue in the us-sub1.jotservers.com mail exchanger with failed SPF check. It seems that the IP address of the host, 23.227.164.106, wasn't included in the SPF sender authorities provided by the TXT DNS entry for the domain jotform.com. This caused the SPF verification to fail as indicated in the e-mail headers.
     
    The SMTP filtering system is maintained by the university computing center which enforce, university wide, information security policies. This makes it somewhat unfeasible to reconfigure the filtering rules.

    Hi,

    I have just checked this and yes, you are correct, our SPF record does in deed seem to not be set.

    I will forward this to our maintenance team to correct. Once added the emails should be sent to you correctly.
