How to accept form submissions with uploads

    When a client uses the upload button to send files to me, where do they go? 

    I have this button on the form Asloan Tax Client Questionnaire, however clients are stating that they are sending documents over but I'm not able to find the uploads anywhere? Please advise?

    I do not see any form entries submitted to your JotForm account. If you are referring to the following form:

    http://www.jotform.us/form/50058265757158

    Then, you will need to add a form Submit Button. Otherwise, your form users will not be able to submit their form entries.
