what image formats and size can I use?

    I assume you mean to uplad directly to your form as a logo?

    You can use, .png .jpg .gif most image.

    Do you need instructions?

    Hi altviewgraphics,

    If you are referring to the File Upload field, you can pretty much use any image formats that you define in the File Extensions button.

    But if you want to embed an image into your file such as a banner, you can also use any type of image format but the best choices are gif, png, and jpg/jpeg. Tiff is less popular, while bmp is large in size (therefore loads slower than the rest).

    As allan says, the best choices for image formats and sizes are gif, png, and jpg/jpeg.
