    We also upgraded to the Economy Plan, but it now seems we didn't need to - can you please refund.

    Upon checking your account I found that you earlier had premium yearly subscription but then upgraded to economy subscription with order #INT150118-9276-77120B.

    Do you want us to downgrade your account to premium yearly subscription again? Do let us know and we will do the needful.

    Yes, please reverse as we upgraded in error.

    Can you refund back into the same Deposit Account.

    Hello Jeff,

    I have gone ahead and downgraded your account to premium yearly subscription #INT150121-2351-85122B from economy yearly subscription. The refund for the difference amount is also processed.

    Please sign out from your account and then sign in again for the changes to reflect.

    I can see the downgraded account to the premium yearly subscription.

    I assume we will receive an Over Quota email advice if one of our clients goes over their quota.
