Is it possible to implement shopping cart into jotform?

Hi Jotform, is it possible to implement something like shopping cart to the product page?

For example the image below, when user click on the Facebook tab, they will have choices.

And when they click one of the category, the products are listed, as shown below.

Any idea to achieve this?

Yes, it is possible to create shopping cart using jotform.

Now in regards to the layout you can style it using our Form Collapse tool, or Page Break tool. Both can be found under Survey Tools

Now, to add the images with prices, I would recommend taking a look at our Image Checkboxes widget.

You could also accomplish the same using the Check box and the Image tool from our Form Tools section
