Waiting for 40 mins in uploading/converting my PDF to Smart PDF forms

    Hi,
    my PDF is 4 pages and i have been waiting for over 40 mins and it still hasnt uploaded? how long does it take?

    Hi Laura,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked your Guest account and it seems that there are 4 Smart PDF forms that were already uploaded. Can you share the PDF that you're trying to upload? Also, I would suggest signing up for a Free account instead of a Guest account because Guest accounts are temporary with one-time login only. You can sign up for a Free account using the same email via this link.

    hi there,

    i am trying to upload the send PDF to replace the other 3 that are there. the other 3 documents are the seperate pages of the complete one i am trying to upload.

    Thanks for getting back to us. I'm sorry that you're having trouble with this. Can you share the PDF that you're trying to upload so we can try to on our end? You can save it on Google Drive and allow anyone with link to access it so we can be able to view it.

    Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to help you with this.
