My online submissions are not coming through to my email.

    Hello. I have two forms online but when the form is completed and submitted I dont get it in my email so I dont know if and when a client has registered. 

    Can you plase have a look?  The test via Jotform works OK so I am a bit confused.

    I presume that one of the jotforms with the issue is can you please tell us what is the other jotform that you have the issue with as well?

    Looking at the email logs I can not see any issues, as well as when I checked your settings in the above mentioned jotform so I can only presume that the issue is that the emails are sent to either spam, trash or bulk folders, which I would suggest to check over your webmail account and the email clients since they can each send the email to their own folders.
