    Hi Jeremiah,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Are you perhaps referring to cloning your form? Which particular form are you referring to? You can check our guide on How to Clone an Existing Form From Your Account.

I have cloned the form that I have and also, so has your team. The issues we are having have not been able to be fixed on the form I have so I was wondering if your team could rebuild the form so that it will download correctly?

The issue that I am having is when I download my forms they do not populate the terms and conditions as well as other fields. I have another thread where they are trying to fix the issue since last week but have not been ableto. I asked them the question posted in this thread as to if they could just make a new form that does download to pdf properly but they thought opening a new thread would be better. Im not sure what to do but I have forms that I cannot download properly at them moment and it does cause bottle-necking in my process. please advise.

    Hi Monumental Funding Solutions,

I’m sorry you're having difficulties with this. I've cloned your form and I was able to download the submission PDF with all the fields after I created a new PDF document template in PDF Editor. Here's the result:

I suggest creating a new PDF document template and deleting the old one. Let me show you how:

    • Go to the PDF Editor by clicking the menu at the upper left corner of the Form Builder.
    • On the PDF Editor, click on the +New PDF and select New PDF Document.

    • Once the new PDF document has been created, delete the old one by clicking the three dots next to the tab name and selecting Delete.

Give it a try and let us know if you need any help.

    Hi Jeremiah,

Thanks for getting back to us. When I cloned and checked your PDF settings on the PDF Editor, I saw that the Hide Empty Fields feature is on. Because your form has a Show/Hide Condition, when the fields are hided, they can't be filled. So you'll see the blank fields on your PDF. But, hiding empty fields will be applied on the print and preview mode as you can see on the screencast below:

You can see the difference between your PDF on preview mode and your PDF on PDF Editor below:
