    Hello,

    How do i link the submit button to my email address?

    If I understand you correctly, you want to receive an email of the form submission. So if someone fills up and submitted the form, you would receive it in your email.

    You need to set up an email notification and use your email address as the recipient. This guide will help you in creating an email notification.

    Hi Jim,

    What is your username, by the way? I've checked your email address, but I can't seem to find any registered account associated to it.

    To view/get the form URL, you just need to click "Preview" button while in the form builder.

     

    Also how does the person know after submitting the form, that it has been sent?

    -They will see your thank you message.

    Thank you for providing the URL of your form, after checking it I saw that you're using a circle button widget instead of a submit button and this is why your form cannot be submitted.

    Please add a submit button and add the following CSS code to your form to make the submit button like a circle:

    .form-submit-button {
       display : block;
       width : 125px;
       height : 125px;
       line-height : 50px;
       border : 2px solid #F0F0F0;
       border-radius : 50%;
       color : black;
       text-align : center;
       text-decoration : none;
       background : #F0F0F0;
       box-shadow : 0 0 3px gray;
       font-size : 20px !important;
       font-weight : bold !important;
    }

    What email icon? I can't seem to see an icon to your form.
