Hello! I currently have 1 form being using on several different "location" pages. I am using a hidden input field with ?location= , which uses conditional logic to send notifications to different department heads. This works great by itself.
I would like to be able to view form submissions and output a PDF report based on the same conditional logic.
For example: any submission containing "OB/GYN" would be included in the PDF, but not submissions containing "Surgery". Another name for this would be Submission Filtering.
So far, I have just removed those submission records for the full submission PDF. It just takes extra time.
Thanks!

For this please add the filter keyword to the "search in submissions" area:
Then select the preferred submissions (click+shift) and click the PDF button:
This way you will download only the selected submissions.
Let us know if we can assist you.

On behalf of my colleague, you are quite welcome.
Note, that it is important to select the filtered entries on the grid listing, otherwise the PDF icon will generate a standard report (non-filtered entries included).
Thank you.
