Entry limit by words error

    Dear Jotform team, 

     

    I set my form word entry limit to "unlimited", it used to work fine, but recently, two guests from London told me that they are not allowed to enter more than 20 words, could any one please help me?

    Hello Maya

    I checked your form and the first text-area (Paper abstract) still has 200 words limit:

    This text area is still limited, on the other text-areas I could insert more than 200 words and make a submission.

    If you remove the limit from the first text-area it should be fine.
