How does it handle duplicates when adding contacts?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. With no additional settings, it would generate a new deal even if the information entered was identical to that of a previous deal. If you want to avoid this, you can limit submissions based on a question.

For example, they won't be able to enter if they try to use an email address that has already been used. And then Pipedrive wouldn't create an extra copy of the deal.
