form too tall and mouse over comment wont remove

Im trying to create a small simple contact form: http://www.experimentwebsite.com

firstly its too tall, and I want it to be shown smaller, the grey background box should be the same height as the white contact form.

next, on mouse over the input fields, the message 'this label will not be seen on the form' keeps appearing.

Hi,

Since the mouse over message only shows up in the embedded form and not the stand alone version, I believe something from your page is applying the mouse over text.  If possible, try using the iFrame embed method to embed your form rather than the source code:

This will also allow you to adjust the height of the frame to your liking.
