Hi, we are a company who is paying for submissions to integrate to Google Docs. This is the second time that JotForm has had an issue with Google Docs Integration. We will submit the form and the information will not go through. As a backup I have the form information submitted to my email as well but this is unacceptable and I need to know when it is going to be fixed.

I apologize for the inconvenience that this might have caused you, upon checking in my end I was able to replicate the problem. I've integrated my Google Spreadsheet and was unable to receive new submissions in the spreadsheet.
I'll escalate this to our developers so that they can take a closer look at the problem. We'll hear from them when there's an update or a fix.
