    Hi Liyam,

    Thanks FXR,

The sale order document file are have number format by in-house system auto assign, and store to fixed and acessiable network drive. (ftp can direct access such folder)

For esample, the sales order file name is SO2001001, the ftp link is ftp://ID:passowrd@host/folder/SO2001001.

But the critical is how to make the link direct get the sales order file name and embedded to jotform.

    Thanks & regard.

    Hi wingsisd,

I'd like to quote the following lines from our tutorial which perfectly explains the difference between Paypal and Paypal Pro:

"If you need to ask for credit card details right on your own site, then you should probably use PayPal Payments Pro. ... On the other hand, if you don't mind users being redirected to a payment gateway, you should create your payment forms using PayPal integration."

Basically, a form with Paypal Pro integration will automatically add fields to get credit card information from your customer within your form. On the other hand, Paypal redirects the customer to another page in order to get the credit card information from your customer.

For more information, please visit Paypal's website: https://www.paypal.com/webapps/mpp/website-payments-pro

We hope you find this information useful. Please let us know if you need further assistance.

Thank you and have fun using JotForm!
