when i try to follow a thread in support all i get is a redirect to my page that shows past activity. When are you going to get your mess straightened out so that your customers can actually use this service? everything i read is about poor service, and the questions are 1, 2 or more years old.i don't see anywhere you have resolved a problem for anyone, just directed them to their isp. if we are not able to contact you and we can not get jot form to work correctly, we will move to a better service. I find it incredible you are trying to do internet business without competent support services. Feels like a 3rd world enterprise. amazing!Page URL:

Can you please tell us what is exactly the issue you are having at this time.
From what I can see in your historical post here, the last post you did was resolved on time as needed.
Please let us know what is the issue and we will attend to it asap.
