How to add a line for our director approval to the email response?

    when we receive this PDF or Email of the response.  How can I have a line for our Director on the bottom of their responses to sign off on the invoice?  so we can have accountant pay the bill.  Hope that makes sense.

    Like a line as below:


    Director Approval:  ______________________________

    It appears that you have managed to solve this by adding the line as a part of a Check Box question.
