JotForm Chat Support

Once I saw a chat available for support on using jotform. Is that available for paying members? Thanks. If it is we may consider getting a membership.

Hi,

Our chat support is available when the forums and email are manageable.  We are hiring more staff in order to allow for chat to be live at a minimum a few hours each day during peak times.  With all our new feature releases lately it has been a bit rough but we should have a regular open chat schedule for all users soon.

Why my account was deleted?

I am unable to access, it tells me that there is no user or email registered with my email.

I got like 5 to 6 years with this account.

What is happening????...

Please assist.
