Email notifications: Notifications are not sent to both email addresses

    I am not currently receive notification emails for my form.

    issue here for same period of time. Goes to one address and not the others as of a 1/15/2015

    Can you please tell us what is the jotform that you are no longer receiving email notifications from so that we can check it out for you?

    Hi,

    I had a look at your form and the notification for prepress@zip-print.com was correctly set up, however the one for service@zip-print.com is missing a sender email:

    Changing this to "noreply@jotform.com" will allow you to receive your notifications the same as your other notification.
