How can I direct the photos on my form to go to dropbox

    Hi there,

     

    I have connected the app with my dropbox but the submission form and the photos uploaded are coming into my inbox and not into dropbox directly, how can I change that ?

    Is this the guide you used in integrating your JotForm to Dropbox?

    I just checked and test the integration, and it was working fine.

    So, please try also to redo the integration following the user guide.

    Let us know if issue still persist.
