I need to downgrade my plan to a basic (free) subscription. However, on the pricing page the only option that is available is to upgrade to a more expensive/professional account. Please provide details on how to downgrade my account.

As requested, your JotForm account has been downgraded into a Free account. You will no longer be billed in the future for your JotForm subscription. The downgrade will take effect on 2011-10-22.
