We are not receiving submission emails from form.

    Hello,

    When somebody fills out our contact form, the form is not being emailed. Could you let me know how to fix this?

    Upon checking your account, I found that your email address info@spiralpaper.com ended up in our bounce list for following reasons:

    Result: info@spiralpaper.com is IN the bounce list

    Reason(s) : smtp;550 5.1.0 <bounce-md_30124803.52ea8b61.v1-82ebdf2cf2ba4f4b8167e1d4cf7b28f5@bounce.jotform.com> sender rejected. IB504 - 205.201.131.148

    info@spiralpaper.com is IN the unsubscribe list

    I have now removed your email address from our bounce list and it should be working fine. Please test your form again and get back to us if you receive the submission emails.
