Inventory Widget does not reduce count of unitAsked by jntsou on January 20, 2015 at 09:29 PM
I just did a test on my new form. I set up the inventory numbers on the form. However, the inventory numbers does not change after customer placing order. It remains the same. Please help to fix it.
I'm sorry for the trouble caused to you.
I did check your form and found that you are actually not displaying the "Quantity Left field". The product count you have added is plain text in the label which will not change anyway. You also seems to have not set the "Available quantity" property as well. I would also suggest you to add value in "Available quantity" and also disable the "Hide Quantity Left field", that should solve your problem. Please check the screenshot below:
Hope this helps.
