How to have 2 Column items in Payment Form

    I really like Jonathan’s example but im having some troubles developing this type of form with the Paypal payment pro form, is it possible to get some more specifics about how the above image was accomplished?

    We already have an existing user guide for this that will NOT require a hack on the source code anymore.
