After i use my contact form, the form disapears.

    After i use your form in my web site i get a black page and when i refresh it i get a massage that i should talk to the owner of the form

    Hello ya1972,

    I'm sorry for the trouble caused to you.

    I did test your form in IE 11 and I am unable to replicate the issue you are having. I checked up to IE 8 in developer tools and your form seems to work as expected. Please check the screenshot below:

    Your form does not display any thank you message because you have used your form URL in the "Custom URL" of your form's thank you setting.

    Please test your form again and get back to us if the issue persists. I have credited the 5 submissions back to your account .
