How to duplicate multiple fields at once?

Asked by jolaitan on January 21, 2015 at 01:59 AM

I want to know how to duplicate all the same field based on the number selection. For instance if someone wants to enter 5 cars on the same field I want the same fields to show up 5 times. Can this be set up with out having to duplicate each field individually?

    Hello Jolaitan,

Yes it is possible to duplicate multiple fields at once. Here are the steps you should follow:

    1. Select any form field and then click on the "Properties" gear icon.

    2. Click on the "Manage Multiple Fields" from the popup menu.

    3. In the "Field Manager Wizard" window, select all the form fields you need to duplicate and then click on the "Duplicate" button. Please check the screenshot below:

    Hope this helps.

Do get back to us if you have any questions.

    Thank you!

    Thanks for your help!

How can I make each section be a separate line in the excel download. For instance, the form is for multiple cars, I would like each car entry within the same form to be separate line items. Do you follow my question?
