Cannot find my form anymore ?

Asked by Maarten Porters  on January 21, 2015 at 06:08 AM

I'm not sure what happend but when I access jotform, I can no longer

edit my form! Its just gone and I can't find it in under "myforms". However,

the form itself is still online and working :

How can I recover the form and gain access to edit it again? This is important

since I've spent a lot of work building this form. Any help would be nice.

Oh... I didn't mention that I did not have an account on jotform. So I was using some kind of anonymous account when creating the form. Now I created a real account, bound to my e-mail address. Is it possible to move the form I mentioned, to my registered account?

I do see that a different email was saved for the guest account when setting email notifications, but as the IP matches on both accounts and the other one is guest account, I have moved the jotforms to your new account Temesta.

Do let us know Maarten if you need any further assistance and we would be happy to assist.
