    Form builder not functioning properly

    Hi,

    I have raised an issue with this form before, but my concerns have been dismissed and it was suggested that I revert to the previous version.

    My initial issue was that conditions that I have changed or added to the form have not saved as it only turned out when I opened the form on another occasion. I can still see this functionality playing up. I have also (even more worryingly noticed that some form fields started disappearing. The hidden password field is gone for example. I have also spent some time last week creating new fields and have found today that they are not there. I have looked at the previous versions and the revision history says those fields were deleted this Monday morning. I have been extremely busy this Monday, having meetings all day and have not edited the form at all! I am the only person working on this form and it feels like someone is editing it behind my back playing tricks on me!

    I do realise the form is a beast, but what is happening is just crazy, I cannot work with this form if I do some work one day and it goes missing the next. I will never finish it this way. Do you have a way of checking the logs or something to see what is happening?

    My revision history is useless now too and some of the work is gone missing forever.

    Hi bhpinfo,

    I do apologize for the issue that you have been experiencing with your forms. After reviewing your account, I am seeing that your account has not been accessed by any member of our support team.

    The issue can be cause due to your form being open in more than one browser. Please be noted that we have auto-save option in editor which will cause one version to always replace the version of other editor.

    I would suggest you to do the following steps:

    1. Clear your browser cache before closing all your browser. The following guide should help you in clearing browser cache:  How to Clone a Form on Your Account
