Conditional Formatting in Email NotificationsAsked by TortolaExpress on January 21, 2015 at 07:47 AM
Is it possible to create conditional formatting in email notifications?
For EG, make a field result display in RED if below a certain threshold..
The only way I can find is to make separate emails for each condition. When you have a lot, this becomes unwieldly because if you make one change to the general text of the email you have to change the email for every condition.
The current way how the conditions work is to create different email notifications, and when a specific condition is met, the selected email will be sent out.
There is no option to change the content of the email notification based on the condition.
Changing the email notification, should not require you to change the conditions. The conditions would be applied to the email notification "Notification 1", if changes are made to that Notification, the condition will still be applied to "Notification 1"
