All of a sudden, my forms are no longer emailing to me. I made no changes to my account, website, email or the form. I went in and checked and the completed forms are there but not emailing to me. I checked the form and it seems fine and the email address is still correct.

The email address is correct, but you didn't properly setup the Sender Details. You forgot to select the Sender Email. Here's your current settings:
Lastly, just to make sure that form emails won't be filtered as spam, add the mentioned email address to your safe sender or contact list.
