Why is my form taking too long to process or doing nothing after hitting the submit button?

Can you please tell us Javier if this happens to the jotform that is embedded on your website? I have just submitted the jotform and the submit button was working as it should be.

Thank you for your quick reply. I tried several actions to fix it but it was only when i deleted the integration with Google Drive when it came to work again. First I made sure all forms caché was deleted, then I deleted the submit button and put it back on but at that point nothing seemed to work...However, the only to get it to work again was by removing the integration with my Google Drive account and replaced it with another account...Once I did that everything went back to normal. I then realized that the previous Google account was running short of storage...this perhaps was the problem?

No reason to be sorry Javier, I was able to read it without any issues :)

I am not sure how Google responds when the space is low on Google Drive, but it seems to be just be that. It was probably sending back error messages that the space is low or that there is no more space, which resulted in the submission taking long time or not getting submitted at all.

I would like to suggest to you that you try with your account after setting up some more space and if there are still any issues do let us know and we will help you to see what is happening.

I would also like to say that the above steps that were taken are the best way to go with if there are any issues with the integration :)
