Display Message on Gift Registry Widget

On the subject of the Gift Registry wizard, is there any way to display a message at the top of the form when all items in the registry have been purchased?

I am checking on the possibilities to add conditions with the widget. Please allow me some time to work on this and get back to you with relevant information.
