Will I be Notified when I am Near My Limit or Quota?

If I exceed my monthly amount, will I be notified so I can upgrade and not lose submissions? I am adding a form (Win A Free Print) that I have no idea if I will get any responses and how many. I am going to do an upgrade now, but it may or may not be enough.

I believe this is correct. When you are nearing to your quota or limit you'll receive an email notifying you regarding that matter. The reason is for you to have ample time to upgrade because you reach your limit. Please do take note that when you reach your limit your forms will be temporarily be disabled. You can check our pricing page to see the differences of each plan.

Another is that, please do make sure that the email you used in your account does not block or marked as spam any incoming emails to us.
