When clicking Email form to Shipping button, it says it has been emailed but email never arrives. We have verified email address and made sure everything on email side is working. The email address it should go to is email@example.com
Please provide information to resolve this issue.

Fixed my own issue. Had to whitelist domains and IPs for jotform.

Upon checking the link that you shared, I believe you created the form in a guest account? I would recommend that you register an account and we can move it from there so that you can access your form completely for future editing.
