We don't receive the messages after submission by a member of our website...

I checked our mail logs for your email address and it appears as though you were placed on our bounce list:
We switch service providers temporarily recently which resulted in several users having their emails rejected when sent from the new service. This appears to be what happened to you. We have since changed by to our regular service and correct the issue with the backup so this should not happen again.
I went ahead and removed you from the bounce list and you should be able to receive your notifications once again.
