HI!
I have 4 forms right now - I cloned one of them to create a new form.
I renamed it 'Contact us' but when we receive copies of the form via email, it is labeled by the original form I cloned it from 'Join our mailing list'.
Is there another place I should adjust the name of the form?

You would need to change the subject of your email notification as well:
