meu pagamento não foi reconhecido?

    efetuei um pagamento ontem para upgrade no plano de $19,95, foi pago atraves do paypal porem minha conta esgotou e ainda consta o plano anterior de $9,95

    Hi,

    Since your old subscription was not yet cancelled, it was being applied instead of your upgraded economy subscription.  I went ahead and cancelled your premium subscription and refunded the duplicate payment.  You should see the refund in 5-7 business days.  You will also receive an email stating your account has been cancelled.  Ignore this email since it only applies to your old duplicate subscription.

    Your "Economy" subscription should now be properly applied.  Let us know if there is anything else we can help you with and we will be happy to do so.
