This is a re-post of a comment on Whitelisting JotForm IP Addresses and Domains

Thank you for contacting us.
This is something that needs to be done on a server level, in other words, it has to be done by a server administrator. We recommend this when you use an enterprise email address or a custom domain email address, for example, @jotform.com or @mydomain.com
If you're using a gmail, hotmail or yahoo account what we recommend is to add email@example.com to your contact list and also whitelist the jotform.com domain so the email notifications you receive from us are not treated as SPAM.
Hope this answers your question.
Let us know if you have further questions.
