    Hi Georges,

I've tried testing your website link to Google Chrome, Firefox and Internet Explorer, but I can't seem to replicate the problem. There are a couple of reason why it is happening, it might be your client's have an outdated browser or a plugin or extension that blocks our scripts.

We do have a widget that detects if the user's Javascript is disabled, you can find the widget here: http://widgets.jotform.com/widget/noscript.

If it is also possible, please do try asking your user's on what browser version they are using so that we can test it further, but we do advise that users to update their browsers to the latest.

    I hope this helps.

    Thank you.
