Not sure how I can add an image to an autoresponder because I don't know where to store the image so that it has a specific URL. How can I find the URL of an image that I want to display on the form?
Do you mean to say the image is in your local computer and you want to display it in your auto-responder email?
It seems you were able to find our yourself on how to add image in your auro-responder email template. I did check your form and it you have already added an image. Please check the screenshot below:
Please be noted that first you need to upload image in your server or any photo sharing website and then grab the URL of the image. It is also possible to upload the image in JotForm and use it.
