My Booking Form Stopped Sending Confirmations

    Hello,

We have been providing a form on our website that is filled out and sent to us, as well as providing a confirmation to the sending party.  It recently stopped working and I'm not sure why.  We didn't log in and change anything, we've just been getting complaints of no confirmations being sent out, as well as we aren't receiving anything either.

Please let me know what to do

    Hi,

Your last form ID is http://www.jotform.us/form/21357435947158, is this the correct form?

Based on your current settings, you have your own custom email address as the sender email which is added through verification method. This is most likely the cause of the problem since this is using your server's SMTP details. It's either your server blocked the form email from reaching its recipient or your server do not allow this type of configuration or could be your server limits for outgoing emails.

To fix this, I would recommend using Mandrill's SMTP as outlined in this guide: http://www.jotform.com/help/236-How-to-use-Mandrill-to-Send-Emails-From-Your-Own-Email-Address. Mandrills allow you to send outgoing emails for 12, 000 per month. Or, configure your SMTP manually instead of through verification method. Here's how you can do it: http://www.jotform.com/help/244-How-to-Setup-SMTP-for-a-Form

OR, use the default sender email which is noreply@jotform.com

    Thanks
