How do I add display rules?

Hi i'm trying to add rules to show fields. 

when asked the questions are you an individual or a corporate client, i'll have a few questions different for an individual v. a corporate. 

e.g. individual ask for their full name, corporate client, ask for the company name. 

how do i do this?
